This guideline is only valid in conjunction with guideline VDI 2498 Part 1. The aim of this example it is to show how all planning conclusions so far obtained may be applied. In addition, understanding the individual steps can deliver new insights into how special planning tasks may be solved by modifying or expanding the general case presented here.
