This standard describes the potential applications of spreadsheets as an aid for modelling and simulating logistics, material flows and production systems using standard simulation tools. The standard is intended for users (planners, manufacturers and system operators) who are involved in the preparation, execution and analysis of modelling and simulation employing spreadsheets to analyse and plan logistics, material flows and production systems. This standard was compiled by experts from industry and academia.
