The present Guideline, VDI 3833 Part 2, deals not only with the vibration-related technical fundamentals of dynamic vibration absorption but also describes technical implementation (design) and operating principles including applications for various dynamic vibration absorbers. This Guideline also provides information on the design of dynamic vibration absorbers.
