This guideline constitutes a practical tool, to describe the quality of RFID security gates (13.45 MHz) in a simple way. By simple reference to the directive and the retrieval of certificates of conformity for the offered products, the users can define the required quality features with high reliability. The significance of the state of the art and the generation of a high level of legal security of the tender occur automatically. Providers get a tool for safe orientation in the participation in tenders and the measures to secure placement of their products on the market.
