The standard provides recommendations for regulations of technical equipment rooms for electrical engineering with connected loads larger than 200 kW, for central safety engineering rooms, for IT and communication installations and for building automation and control. It helps architects and planners in accurately defining the dimensions and the equipment of these rooms from the early stages of planning.
