The guideline applies to facilities with artificial ice surface. They are classified as outdoor rinks, semi-enclosed rinks, enclosed rinks and in indoor rinks. It is possible to combine different types of rinks, they can also be technically nd functionaly combined with other sports and recreational facilities.
