Abstract
This standard applies to the allocation and billing of costs for water supply and wastewater disposal installations in buildings with more than one consumer unit. Energy costs for water heating are not considered. This standard describes how to use meters for consumption recording in such a way that water costs can be billed on the basis of actual consumption in a reproducible manner. The standard is applicable to almost all types of water which are to be billed on the basis of actual consumption.
