Abstract
The guideline applies to the ventilation of sales outlets of any size. The guideline is intended to assist in determining the prime ventilation tasks and requirements, and in planning such systems. Supplementary information is provided regarding subsequent operation of the systems. The guideline is not applicable to the dimensioning of smoke exhaust systems for sales outlets.
