Abstract
The standard is orientated towards the life cycle of cleanrooms as investment projects and places particular emphasis on cleanroom-specific aspects. The systematic procedure described in this standard includes the detailed recording of user requirements with risk analysis and quality assurance measures, planning preparation and implementation of the individual planning stages, initial commissioning, training of the personnel concerned and verification, and specifies the necessary documentation in the individual project stages.
