Abstract
This guideline applies to both plants not subject to a permit under the German Immission Control Act and plants subject to a permit to the extent they fall under the provisions of section 5.5.2, paragraph 5 of TA Luft on account of their low emission mass flows. This guideline describes the minimum requirements for the discharge of organic solvents. In the case of odorant emissions, especially if these are likely to cause nuisances in the plant neighborhood, the stack height should be determined in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Regulations on Ambient Air Odorant Concentrations
