Abstract
This guideline covers VC emissions from facilities producing vinyl chloride (VC) from ethylene and vinyl chloride polymers (PVC) production facilities. Reference is made to the specific laws, ordinances, administrative and other regulations applicable to the construction and operation of such plants (see [G1 to G26]).
