The system of key figures for sales presented in this standard makes it possible to create an individual cockpit of key figures with which sales can be managed and controlled more efficiently and transparently. The scope of the standard is B2B business (industrial goods business), although the system of indicators is also applicable to B2C transactions. The target group of the standard are persons who perform management and planning tasks in the B2B business and are responsible for the marketing of goods and services.
