Abstract
This standard applies to closed liquid circuits in heating installations, in which water or water/glycol mixes are circulated. It serves as a support for the selection, system integration and testing of deaerators and degassers as well as to the inspection of these components during operation and maintenance. The principles of this standard can also be used for deaerators and degassers in liquid circuits in chilling and cooling installations. The standard is addressed to building owners, specialist planners, plant constructors, operators, manufacturers and experts.
