Abstract
This standard applies to the investigation, sampling and assessment of technical asbestos products that have been added to building rubble as a result of a lack of or incomplete asbestos removal during remodelling or demolition work on buildings and technical installations, that have been incorporated into recycling materials via the processing of building rubble or that have been deposited. This standard does not apply to asbestos as a harmful soil change within the meaning of the BBodSchG. It is aimed at building owners/clients, experts, planners, contractors and other parties involved in the construction and processing of waste.
