Abstract
This standard describes a training concept for the cleaning of kitchen exhaust air systems and provides content on the cleaning process, necessary inspection and cleaning intervals for the various components as well as methods for monitoring the cleaning success. The target groups for this standard are primarily operators, facility management, maintenance and cleaning companies and chimney sweeps.
