In this guideline, procedures and material standards are listed which are used for acceptance test and and regular reverification test of coordinate measuring machines with optical probing. The procedures are also suitable as a basis for acceptance test of coordinate measuring machines and reverification test of coordinate measuring machines (in the context of the reverification test of test instruments according to DIN EN ISO 9000-1 to DIN EN ISO 9004-1).
