Abstract
The standard completes the series of standards VDI/VDE 3514. It defines the terms and provides the reader with basic information on traceability and certificates. Common procedures for the calibration of measuring instruments for the measurement of gas humidity are explained and suitable measuring and testing instruments for carrying out the procedures are named and described. The topic of measurement uncertainty budget is also considered.
