Abstract
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are an important parameter for assessing air quality, especially indoors. Their determination is comparatively complex, as VOC is a generic term for many different compounds. This standard describes a test that is independent of the measurement principle as well as useful test gas mixtures for VOC detectors. It creates the basis for comparable measurements with sensors and measuring systems for the determination of VOC concentrations in indoor spaces.
