Abstract
The document contains a list of recommendations for agreements and testing methods as well as explanations and term definitions, as they are required for testing and evaluation the control dynamic behaviour of steam turbines under primary control. The information principally relates to power station steam turbines for which the speed or load is the definitive controlled variable. It can be extended in part and by analogy to single pressure controlled turbines.
