Abstract
This standard deals with the calibration of current measuring resistors up to approx. 1 Ohm (also called current shunts or shunt resistors) for DC currents greater than 1 A. In addition, the manufacturer's specifications for the respective calibration object shall be considered during calibration. The standard is intended for calibration laboratories, manufacturers and users of shunts.
