This standard considers measures for reducing emissions in powder coating by increasing energy efficiency and resource conservation. This standard provides instructions on the production and composition of powder coatings as well as the structure of the coating, on the surface pretreatment, on the application procedures for powder coatings, on the curing processes, and on the plant technology. Reference is made to the laws, regulations, administrative, and other provisions applicable to the construction and operation of powder coating facilities.
