Abstract
The standard provides assistance for the comprehensive planning of indoor measurements (recording the immission situation) and sets out the basic principles of how to proceed with indoor measurements. Careful planning of sampling and the entire measurement strategy is of particular importance for indoor air tests, as the test results can have considerable consequences, e. g. with regard to the need for remediation, the monitoring of the success of remediation or the assessment of a possible health risk. For this reason, it can be helpful to involve representatives of other disciplines (environmental hygienists, environmental physicians, building damage experts, etc.) when planning measurements.
