The standard describes which criteria for mobility management professionals are to be considered. Additionally, the standard separates the different parts in the mobility management for employers and mentions further training and education aspects. The standard serves especially the quality assurance of external mobility consultancy. It gives however also references/recommendations for optimising the internal mobility management. This standard describes the requirements and quality characteristics for the selection of consultants in order to facilitate access to mobility management for private companies and public institutions.
