The standard describes technical and organisational measures to control the emissions from stationary and mobile processing plants for the production of aggregates and unbound mixtures from natural and manufactured rocks. The scope of the standard covers the processing of the rocks from the feed hopper of the plant to the loading of the aggregates including the storage facilities and the transport infrastructures. The standard is targeted mainly at operators, planners, project engineers, but also authorities.
