The demand of plastics processors for energy-saving developments in machine technology and energy-efficient replacement components for the entire process chain has highly risen in recent years. By adjusting the process parameters during operation, high efficiency potentials can be gained with little effort. The standard is aimed at practitioners from plastic processing plants that use the extrusion process and want to draw on knowledge and experience of PIUS in upgrading or planning of equipment and production processes in order to protect the environment, to improve quality and reduce costs.
