Kurzreferat
This standard specifies characteristics and influencing variables of interactive technical systems for use in the standardization of Industry 4.0 Systems. The focus is on non-functional properties that allow for quantitative statements about the service performance of the systems. These statements are mapped to characteristic values which are referred to as quality of service (QoS). Influencing variables of the technical system that executes the services are included in the analysis. This QoS can be referred to in standardization wherever the quality of service performance is of importance.
