The standard describes the minimum requirements for the exchange of information for the planning, construction and operation of doors between all parties involved in the process. An overall BIM process was defined for the application of the BIM methodology, which covers all phases of the life cycle (design, planning, implementation, operation) of the door or building and includes all parties involved (planners, manufacturers, inspectors, operators).
