In this standard a simple concept for the graphic description of technical processes is presented. It represents a practical, graphical, and descriptive equipment for process-oriented specialists. Therefore, a simple symbolic representation of the process, which was generated under inclusion of all the trades that are relevant to the process, is introduced in this standard and, thus, the interests of all groups are considered. This part covers the first step of the demonstrated procedure model.
